This course will provide opportunities for individuals to learn skills, develop fitness, and participate in activities that provide lifetime interests, physiological results and wholesome social interchange. Daily dress and participation are required. Over the school year skills will be assessed by student self evaluations and teacher observation. Students will also be running ½ miles and miles on a regular basis along with other physical tests. These will all contribute to the students overall grade in this class. At the end of each semester there will be physical testing to evaluate the students physical improvement.
